Learn to pose Like a Pro and be YOUR BEST on stage at the OCB “Best of the Burgh” Natural Championships in Pittsburgh, PA in April!

ALL COMPETITORS WELCOME!

Join elite coaches Stasi Longo, head judge, and Aubrey Worek on SUNDAY, MARCH 15 FROM 11:00 AM TO 12:30 PM for a posing clinic in: Bikini, Figure and Women’s Physique. 

  • $65.00 in advance 

  • $75.00 cash at the door

Spots are limited! Please note, if you wish to bring your trainers, trainers must pay the full amount to take the workshop with you. 

This clinic is ideal for anyone new to the competitive fitness world as well as fitness veterans. Ladies, please bring your posing suits (any bikini will work) and your clear heels. All bodies are encouraged to attend. You do not have to be in “show-shape” to attend.
